Guys!
I am heading to Salt Lake City this weekend to job hunt. AND, AND, AND: My friend Cy offered to pay for me to run the Salt Lake 10 Miler up emmigration canyon. I haven’t particularly trained for this, but I can run 5 or 6 miles fairly easy, in under 43 minutes. Should I do it? The longest I have ever run is 7 miles! What should I do?
