Pilates

Has anyone tried Pilates barre or Pilates equipment classes? There’s a groupon I’m considering buying but I don’t know much about it. What can you tell me?

General Pilates Rule:

I can usually judge a Pilates class by the amount of times I think to myself, “I hate this teacher for doing this to me.” With that said, this morning was a successful Hot Pilates class and I hate that bitch.
