I need some help, experience, advice (and maybe encouragements)…here’s the deal, I was lucky enough to be voted onto “Team Zion” for a half marathon taking place Saturday…aka…my registration was free! So, not doing it is not an option. My last run was three weeks ago. Nine miles. No problems. Not sore. Then mid terms, illness and travrling for ten days got in the way. Help out with any experience?
