Mine is at 23%, which is officially in the “fitness” standard category. I honestly would like to lower my body fat percentage to 20% AKA “athlete” standards and I am well on my way. Tomorrow: 90 minutes hot vinyasa yoga, 5 miles cardio, strength training (arms and legs and butt) and ab workouts (8 minutes abs+reps at the gym). Day of rest at work means day of work on fitness. I’m going to be bathing suit ready this summer.
