Pilates
Has anyone tried Pilates barre or Pilates equipment classes? There’s a groupon I’m considering buying but I don’t know much about it. What can you tell me?

I did a pilates class once, you have to work you stomach a lot and they they say the word ‘core’ constantly. “Work your core” or “core strength” … it’s quite hard actually.

I’ve done Pilates Barre classes and they are super hard, much harder than I thought they would be! I’d say it’s worth it if your studio is anything like mine!!
