Piss me off like a crazy person. How is it possible that I gained 1.38 pounds from yesterday to today? I did not eat 3,500 extra calories. I actually ate around 1,500 at most, 2,000 if I am being crazy generous and rounding far up .

I love it. I honestly don’t think that I could’ve lost the weight that I have without that app to guide me. As I use it more, I get better at knowing when to stop eating and how many calories are in things, but it’s still really helpful and motivated me.
I have run 41miles since late October(I have tracked my runs on dailymile, add me if you have one) This doesnt seem impressive but it’s definitely more than I’ve probably run for the rest of my entire life combined. I’ve always been into yoga and stuff like that but tried to avoid cardio. I always feel really accomplished and satisfied after a run. This should not lead my reader to believe that getting my ass dressed and out the door for a run is easy. A lot of days I dread it and some days I skip it but I usually try my hardest.
The point is, I am going to run 4 miles tomorrow and round my miles up to 45 and end the Year with my longest run yet. I can’t wait to see how many miles I’ve run by this time next year.

Another weight loss blog posted about getting rid of clothes and cleaning out your closet. I just did this. I got rid of the big, unflattering clothes that I will never fit into again. I also got rid of all that stuff that I “might” wear but never do. So much room in my closet for fabulous new clothes in smaller sizes.
I shop mostly online for clothing. I like Obey a lot right now. For pants I usually go with Levi’s. I get a lot of flowey girly tops from Urban Outfitters. Sometimes I find stuff at Target. I get all my workout clothes from ayayay.com. My closet is a pretty random assortment but unfortunately I do not have the patience to thrift store or vintage shop so I am not very hip as far as that goes.
